The onboarding process can typically be completed within a few days. 

Inspection intervals are pre-determined prior to entering into a contract and then carried out accordingly. The frequency varies based on your preferences and insurance requirements. 

Yes, home owners are notified right away of any issues. In the event of an issue requiring immediate attention and we aren’t able to reach you we will defer to the terms of the contract which outlines our scope of authority to mitigate/repair the situation and incur expenses doing so. 

Issues that require professional repair can be coordinated by us, and may be already included depending on our arrangement. We have a shortlist of preferred providers in the area that we trust to do the work. This can relieve a lot of stress that comes with coordinating repairs and maintenance from afar.
